Contrary to what the other reviewer said, I have a Macintosh computer and Rainier Connect supported my issues when I called in. Having trouble with your e-mail password generally indicates issues with your mail client and or security software installed on your computer. That all aside, my service has been pretty darn good. There was a few blips that turned out to be an issue with the cable line coming from the telephone pole to my home.

I have nothing but trouble with my Rainier Connect service. Their email server does not consistently accept my password. Pages load slowly during peak times. And streaming media in the evenings without stuttering? Forget it. When I call support, they always blame my equipment since they do not support mac. When Harbornet was my ISP, everything just worked. I so miss them.
