I would give zero stars if possible. The customer service was literally terrible. After a overly friendly first impression they were happy to charge my card for a $250 credit towards a tank. After not hearing from them for several weeks I felt I had to call them. I talked to Tyson who said I could not pick up my tank and that I now HAD to pay the $200 service install charge. I would NOT have bought the tank had I known this. He said it was not company policy but just 'his' policy. His policy that I pay. After several calls with him they scheduled an install date. I was assure Steve Faltysek was friendly and professional. This couldn't have been more from the truth. He rushed the entire install and was rude. Worst of all he charged me for a 1000 gallon tank and regulators he didn't install when I had only purchased a 250 gallon tank. A $800 'mistake' on the invoice. I wonder how often he 'forgets' which tank he just installed. After telling him he acted indigent that he had to rewrite the invoice, quite the inconvenience for him... He is no longer welcome at my property or at the homes of my family and friends. I would cancel my appointment if I knew he was the service technician coming out. I rather drive to the other side of the state to purchase my next tank than have any dealings with Propane Northwest. Poor customer service, poor conduct of business, and poor service technicians. They need to rethink their business plan and put the customer first instead of trying to charge them for things they didn't even purchase.
