      Do not shop at Pochel's. They...

      Do not shop at Pochel's. They are a joke. We recently purchased a steam dryer that was used. When they delivered it, the installer did not have the right hose to hook up our dryer and they would not provide us with one. We had to purchase an additional hose ourselves. After 2 months of use, the dryer stopped working. Luckily it was still under warranty. Though, they told me that I had to bring the dryer to them in order to get it fixed. I asked if there was any way that we could get a refund and the sales associate told me that they are not accepting used appliances at this time. In addition, he told me that they could fix it and sell the dryer but they would only give me a partial refund. The sales associate was completly rude. Beware of this place. They are a scam. The service is terrible and they don't care about their customers.
