this place wastes your time and gas they do a primitive pre screen over the phone and after you get in their office one of their staff go over your resume and application then they critique your resume when they could of done that before you got a call from them i have a resume done by a professional resume writer, opti told me there was to much stuff in my skills which isn't true and told me there needs to be other stuff on it which wasn't true either then they went onto the application and had problems with it which there weren't then they tell me they are looking for journey level which i told them over the phone i was not and they could see by the graduation year i was not journey level and they proceed to tell me well we will put u in our system and when something comes up we will call you bs. and they demanded u have your scoical security number on they're forms which is illegal if your not hired. so DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with these idiots
Horrible!!! Run by dumb girls who don't think. I went there today and filled out the redundant application and forms. In witch they ask for information that is illegal for an employer to ask. I was told to bring two valid ID's and a resume. When I got there I was told I had to bring either a birth certificate or social security card. Then the receptionist asked me some questions and took notes of them on my app. Then during the interview I was asked some of the same questions again. The person interviewing me didn't even bother to read my application or my resume. She glanced at it and came to the conclusion I was unemployable because she didn't think my dates of employment were specific enough. She hadn't even read it word for word and never did. The five star review on here had to be written by someone at opti because they are not great people. They are very unprofessional and judgmental. Don't bother wasting your time with these incompetent jack-offs.
