Northwest Investment Properties was founded in 1980 by our broker Terry Wambaugh. Terry entered real estate after a career as a national manager for Turzillo Contracting, responsible for subsurface components of projects such as nuclear reactors and underwater drilling operations. Terry still personally represents clients and works with our staff of skilled real estate professionals. Today Northwest Investment Properties is part of an exceptional family of affiliate companies including Mountain Construction and Madison Street Consulting. Our affiliates enable us to offer clients extended services such as feasibility, development management, design and construction for comprehensive management of their real estate assets
