A small town feel with a big town job! Always the quality you would expect. Stacia, the main person we deal with is careful with treasures and quick to solve most problems involving difficult projects. Turn around time is within the timeline and we remain constantly pleased with the results.

I rushed in with a difficult project--two odd-shaped brass rubbings I had completed on a recent trip to London--3 days before Christmas, and Stacia, overloaded with framing projects as she was, listened to my tale, found perfect medieval-looking frames to go with the knights, worked with my budget, and promised them by Christmas Eve day! My grown-up sons, whose own brass rubbings , done when aged 8 and 10 ,had been lost 14 years earlier, were amazed when they opened the beautifully framed rubbings, which now add serious class to their own homes! A thousand thanks to Stacia for going the extra mile to make our family Chrustmas memorable.

I did not give them much time before Christmas to frame 3 pieces and they came through for me with beautiful projects. The woman who helped me knew my budget and helped me make choices to avoid overspending. I received personal friendly service from both women who assisted me during a very busy time for them. I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

The that helped me pick out my mats was rude and seemed upset that I was not ordering frames as well. Annoyed I was in there needing help. When I got my order, one of the mats was cut too big for my frame. When I called the store the lady that answered, did not even apologize and was rude on the phone. Never again will I shop here.
