The BEST place for drinks and AUTHENTIC Mexican food. They can be busy but it's because everyone goes there. Worth the wait. Arturo Special can't be beat. The nachos are amazing. Huge platter and they are not stingy when you request Beef or sour cream!!!!!

This place was delicious! The portions of food were huge! Beans and rice were great along with their fajitas. They had some yummy drinks from the bar too!

I can't believe they sell Mexican street corn from frozen corn, not fresh. The other food was just OK, good waitstaff though.

Terrible! My boyfriend found a metal looking object in his food. It looked like it could have been a staple. Of course, he hadn't noticed it until it stabbed his tongue! I did not want to eat my meal after his findings. When we let the manager know, he treated us as if he were upset with us for finding it! And he still charged us 1/2 price!!! We had hardly touched our meals. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never eat here or recommend to anyone!!!

Great food but...EATER BEWARE!!! If you eat here only eat on Mondays or Tuesdays (they are the only days the owner "might" be there and if you have a problem she is the only one who "might" try to help. No one else is "allowed" to resolve a problem. "They are only employees") I was actually told this. Check your bill thoroughly before you pay!!! THIS IS A MUST!!! Save your receipt and itemized bill (or you can't even think about trying to resolve a problem. If you give a gift card make sure you let the recipient know all these things and tell them to make sure they get their card back from the waiter. And don't bother leaving messages for the owner to return your call... She will get the message. She just won't call you back.

Yeah, drinks are good, staff was great but the food is blah. Brown sauce, plain rice = Over priced Taco Bell flavors. Big portions though (like most Mexican restaurants)so if your feeding teenagers this is the place. Bathroom was spotless but it would not hurt if they got the carpet cleaned.

This is our favorite mexican restaurant in Pierce County. The food is outstanding and the service is wonderful. We highly recommend Montezumas.

Heard great things about this restaurant and they were right. Got seated right away. Chips and water were quickly filled to the brim as they got low. Food was great. Atmosphere was ok. Good food for the value. I'll be back for more..

This is a fun restaurant, the food is good and the service is fast and friendly.

I found the food here to be rather bland and uninspired. We have friends who really like it here, that might be largely because it is pretty family friendly, but we just don't get it.

It seems like our average meal is 30 minutes when we eat here, so they have their rotations down well. The food is great, lots of diverse options and a good place to take kids.
