I worked with Jonathan Phillips and Main Street Marketing in Tacoma on my internet campaign to bring my retail shop more business. Jonathan was amazing. He actually speaks people-talk, not tech-speak, and helped me to understand what he was doing (most of it is online and is WAY outside of what I know). The results were that I started getting phone calls and emails (!) about my shop and I now have a list of emails that I can send news, coupons, special sales, and other information to. This is all from people searching for my specialty on Google (Jonathan says they are 'search keywords'). I don't know what I would do in this lousy economy is these new customers weren't coming to me. Thanks Jonathan!!
