I don't know what their actual work is like, but i called them to replace a screen on a laptop. I already had the new screen, so the part was not involved in the price. He quoted me a price that was more than double what two other places had quoted - $189 to replace a screen, that the customer already had. That amts to 2.5 hours of work? When i said, no thanks, he tried to "adjust the price." not good practice for a business to quote too high and then try to see what the customer will pay. maybe the work is good, i did not go further with them
