Gateway School of Real Estate is different from other schools because we offer both in-person and online courses. You can choose the best option for your schedule, budget and learning style. For the online class you will still have access to material covered in the live course to help support your online efforts. Materials include practice tests to help you prepare. This pre license real estate course has been developed to give you everything needed to become eligible for, and be successful at passing the Washington State Real Estate Exam.
