Great customer service as soon as I walked in the door. I have a Lexus IS350 and I wanted my Sub and amp installed a particular way. They obliged me and installed it precisely the way I asked. When I came and picked it up the installer gave me a thorough rundown of exactly what they did. I am very happy. Thanks!!!

I had purchased a radio/car audio system About 6 years ago and it stopped workin. So I brought my car to Foss car audio to see if they would be able to termine what the problem was. One of the techs came out to take a quick look, to see if it would be a quick easy fix. He looked at my radio and said this was out of warranty but would try and figure out was wrong anyways at no charge. He found that one of my speakers had gone bad and was causing the rest of them not to play. He then picked a new set of speakers out for me and said he install them at no charge and sold the speakers at half price for being a good loyal customer. They sounded better than before!!! I was very happy with the outcome and wish all business's would be this great, helpful, and caring about their customers. So anyways, to say the least Foss car audio is a great and freindly company and would recomend them to all my Freinds and family. PS thanks "crispy" you very helpful and did a great job
