Filhos De Palmares Tacoma is a martial art school dedicated to the teaching of capoeira angola from the lineage of Grande Mestre No and Capoeira angola palmares. Capoeira is a Afro-brazilian martial art that has elements of dance, music, and acrobatics. The school is led by Contramestre Galo Preto (Omari Jarmon) in Tacoma, Washington. We teach children, Teens, and adults ages 4 to 100.
