Fern Hill Elementary School is a public school that offers academic programs to students in prekindergarten through fifth grade. The school has a staff of over 60 full-time teachers and paraprofessionals that includes classroom teachers, educational assistants, music and reading specialists, guidance counselors, librarians, school nurses and custodians. Fern Hill Elementary School is supported by Tacoma Public Schools, which operates more than 60 educational institutions. It has educational alliances with various community organizations, such as Americorps, Kids at Hope and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Fern Hill Elementary School has an annual enrollment of more than 500 students and is located in Tacoma, Wash.
