Do not go here. really don't waist your time or money. To start the owner is rude. A friend of mine just got her dress altered here and it was a nighmare. She had to go back 4 different times. Each time she went she had to wait for her dress for at least 20 min becuase they were still working on it? Still working on it she dropped it off two weeks before that?! Then she wanted the sleeves to not be to tight and the owner sitting in the chair said well that's how the dress is.....which is why she was there .she then proceeds to roll her eyes well guess what there's a mirror and we saw her do it. The bride left in tears so stressed out there supposed to be making her feel good about this experience and they did the opposite. She is really just rude. Then the last fitting we were supposed to pick it up this was the 4th app. we again had to wait 25 min for the dress to still need a bunch of things done. She was supposed to be leaving with it. Well it wasn't done so we had to leave for an hour and then come back. Once we came back the bride tried it on and didn't like the bustle. Again this is her dress she's wearing it not them and If she doesn't like it she's paying them to make it to where she will. The owner again says well that's just the way the dress is. Well that's funny it wasnt like that before she went in, it was the way it was bustled not the dress. They over book, don't give each dress enough time so they rush, and on top of that they are extremely rude and unprofessional . I asked them if there was anything they could do for price since it's been a disaster and of course the really sweet owner haha said no. Don't go here there are a million alteration places spend your money elsewhere. This cost her $430 for a light weight dress that she had to come back and forth for 4 different times and leave in tears...not worth it
