We have an LG refrigerator under original warranty service. Upon contacting LG due to our freezer not holding temperature (our food is thawing out) we were given an authorization number and told to contact Colortronics. From the first contact the person was very unprofessional. I told him the issue and provided the Ref. number. It was early afternoon and I was told that I had to call back at 9am the next morning when the "boss" was in because he did the scheduling. I further explained the urgency and he said he would text his boss and have him call me. Hy Do did call me within 30 minutes but then said that he wouldn't be able to get out for 6 days. He actually said that it was impossible to get anyone out sooner because everyone was busy and was unapologetic. Obviously with a refrigerator/freezer issue that's unacceptable. The companies website claims fast and reliable service, I think not. Through my own reseach I've been able to schedule another factory authorized provider to be out in the morning. I will never call Colortronics or allow LG or any other Mfg. to refer me to them again.

I have had a TV and reciever fixed and my folks have had a TV and an old phonograph/amp combo fixed, we are all very happy with this store
