Find another repair shop. I turned my steam cleaner in for repair in Dec 14. I have been getting the run around since about the holiday, wrong part ordered, too much backlog, repair man is sick. Again do NOT take your vacuums there under any circumstances. My guess is they are on their way OUT of business.

Unfortunately, the new owner is not as efficient as the previous one. I left my vac for a month and he never got around to fixing it. So took it somewhere else.
