I had APP install a 120 gal LP tank for my permanently parked RV. I pay $60.00/ year rent/lease for the tank and current price for the LP when filled. I got a letter from APP saying my RV did not use enough gas and I would either have to purchase the tank, at $529.00 or they would pick it up, with a $85.00 service fee. I just paid in July the annual 60.00 rental fee on the tank, but apparently it is only a one sided service agreement, if it works for them then it works. If it doesn't work for them than the agreements is null. Be very careful if you are a low volumn LP user, like a pool heater or a RVor only seasonal useage or you too could get stuck with an outrageous service charge to pick up their tank because you did not meet their minimums.
