Provided by YP.comMy mother has been a patient at this care center for over 3 months now. At first the center appears to be a great place. What I have run into there is inconsistent rules. Changing rules when ever. And poor matching of room-mates. My mother was placed with a room mate who wanted to watch Korean TV. The Korean woman speaks English. My mother speaks English! We were told we would have to listen to Korean TV. I insisted my mother be moved to another room. Because of the move: I felt I was treated badly! I had a comfortable chair for 3 months. They took the chair from me and told me I could not have it. We were in an exact same type of room. Felt the admin's was trying to punishing us for complaining. Inconsistent rules for residences. Feels more like a jail, then a care center!

Provided by YP.comAn excellent facility. Clean, safe, and friendly . Nursing staff is top-notch, being both professional and caring. Therapists are probably the best around, offering a wide range of physical and occupational work. The administration is helpful and well informed. I myself was a guest there for just about three months, after losing my right leg to an accident. I would return in a second if need be. I can't thank them all enough, though I tried to before I left. Bless you, Alaska Gardens.

Provided by YP.commy first impression was that the facility was beautiful, clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Since a family member has been there a week now, I can still say that my opinion has not diminished. They not only provide the necessay physical and occupational therapy, they also provide an atmosphere of conviviality, numerous activities and opportunities for interaction between staff and patients. Lovely courtyard that is accessible to all.
