Will never do any business with them again. Back in 1995 we took our cornfed raised live beef up to get butchered. Split it with the in-laws. Live weight was 1200 lbs. When we went to pick it up, all we got in meat was 310 lbs for both families ...total... not each. Called and asked where the rest was and was given a story about skin, bones extra fat etc etc. Den talked like I had no clue about what he does. Then after talking to me wanted to speak with my husband to explain what happened. We figured all those slim jims and beef summer sausage he sells up front came from us and other unsuspecting customers. Took our business elsewhere and have never had a problem with them shorting us on anything.
