More than 15 years experience cleaning homes and small businesses in the greater Rome, NY area; All of my independent cleaners are trained to do the job right and thoroughly screened for trustworthiness, they set their own schedules/hours around your schedules, arriving to jobs on time, if unable to meet obligation, will call to reschedule or cancel; safety comes first in the home; No cleaner will smoke in the house or on the property they are cleaning. Our cleaners will be responsible to report all breakages and or problems that have occurred with the owner and to Donna Winn; my cleaning service clients and any information in the home is kept strictly confidential; they will not read mail or look into drawers or jewelry boxes and will be as accommodating as possible.
