Tri-State Technologies Inc. is a full service technology support business that provides high-level concierge type IT support to a selective customer base. Our mission is to provide responsive, reliable full service IT support for our customer base. As your IT liaison we will communicate and coordinate all of the technology requirements between vendors. For example setting up leased copiers/scanner, coordinating application upgrades or problem resolution with the appropriate vendors and technical support staffs, scheduling telecommunication installations and upgrades, and researching and recommending desired enhancements. We are dedicated to our customers and all of their different information technology needs and spend the time researching the most up to date solutions on their behalf.
