Started off great with the home assessment. After that is was down hill.. Took two months to get approved. Called several times and I was told "welcome to New York bureaucracy". I kept emails that I needed to set up home assessment even though it had already been completed. Once the work began it was going well. The second day I noticed that the tops of my dryer and freezer had been damaged. Asked what happened the worker stated he didn't stand on it and that he was the only worker in that area. He asked me if I was sure that it wasn't already there and that he would ask the other workers and would get to the bottom of it. This crew did not clean up after themselves. There were ruts in my yard, foam over spray on the walls, carpet, floor, wood stove, step stool and other items in the cellar. Don't know why this guy didn't use plastic like they did for the rest of the house. Had to cut holes in the wall for insulation. I was told it would be fixed. Not so. Professional-NOT.

work was OK...not exceptional. Errors made during project. Sloppy workmanship, although the company did ask if there was anything they could do to rectify. Damage was already done.

Zerodraft had the best price on windows. I appreciated the fact that the work was done in-house, no subcontracting. My new windows definitely stop the draft I used to get through my old windows.
