My dog was so sick and this hospital went above and beyond for us and saved his life!! It was all a tricky diagnoses and even vet med friends said they couldn't believe they figured it out so fast! I can not thank them enough for not only the care they gave my dog but the care they gave my husband and I. They really know how to exude customer service!! Thank you all and you have a client for life!!

I could not be more impressed with FAH's ability to diagnose. Friendly and wonderful staff, heartfelt concern for my little ones. Customer service is very hard to come by these days, not at FAH... It's alive and well! Thank you for putting my pet at the forefront of your concern when you have such a clearly busy hospital. Also, thank you for extending hours for Urgent Care!! It's wonderful to have FAH as an option for after hour care!

You know your veterinarian has gone through a baptism of fire with you if you have had to go through having a family pet put to sleep. FAH and Dr Jennifer Bailey were more than kind and compassionate during this past week of diagnosis and the rapid decline of my kitty's health, and their thoughtfulness yesterday when I had to make the awful decision was notable for the little things: Bottled water of coffee while we waited, plenty of tissues available, even letting us out the side door instead of having to go through the waiting room as I sobbed. I can't say enough about Dr Bailey, who not only shared her knowledge with me this week but also her heart.

6 Female Vets w/ Cornell Univ. Degrees - 21 Female assistants (1 male clerk) - without warning the bill exceeded $300 for a young dog with diarrhea - and they suggested tests that would have doubled the bill if I hadn't put a stop to it (the dog was fine a couple days later). The end result was that they don't know what caused the diarrhea. They are a friendly facility... BUT COSTLY!!
