Rude and inefficient. I arrived the for appointments twice, only to be told my doctor was not in, there had been a scheduling conflict. When trying to reschedule, I was told my doctor couldn't see me for nearly two months! This is a practice treating lung issues! Receptionists were playing on cell phones and computers when I walked in and chatting to each other about very non business issues. I went to the Syracuse office, they have two other. I would say the doctors need to clean up the office staff. Does not look good for them.
