on July 29th between Noon and 3 I visited your Erie Blvd store; I had a problem with my HP printer. your employee, Greg, was very helpful; I was unable to install my cartiges, even if I have had this printer for more than 5 years; I had the printer in the car and he said, go bring it in; I origanally thought your store might be able to repair it; well I brought it in and Greg took one look at what the problem was and put the cartriges in the proper way and I was set to go; he spent the time with me, looking at the printers that were like mine so he could determine which was like mine; this was prior to my telling him I had it with me; I felt rediculous as I have installed cartriges many times and didn't realize I had them upside down!! he never said a word, just flipped them. I was saying to myself" I should have figured that out" Greg ( I hope I have the name right) just held the door for me and I was a happy customer and wanted you to know you have a star employee, thanks, JR
