I asked for 1 inch off my hair, the stylist recommended 2...she took off 4 in total. My hair cut was extremely bad. I went back to get it fixed...the stylist was rude and made the hair cut even worse. The manager had to take off 2 more inches in order to fix it. They only offered me a free hair cut for another time...I would never go back there.
