My wife and I are upgrading a guest bathroom.
We selected a washer and dryer; asked for help in selecting cabinets; tiles; counter tops; shower stalls; and fixtures; essentially purchasing our upgrade/renovation needs.
While your Appliance Department representative was very helpful in helping to us in choosing appliances; he continually asked for the design department to meet with us.
While I know, there are times when representatives are quite busy, but we waited for over 45 minutes, by their desk, and didn't get the courtesy of acknowledgement that we were there.
We walked out.....and are very disappointed in our experience.
We like shopping Lowe's and have been a loyal customer for many years, but really feel your Design Department let us down.
We'll start looking for other options
