If you are in the Syracuse area and are considering a wine making at Lakeland "Winery," I do not recommend it. Our winemaking was only fun because of the people who were there, and I have had nothing but problems with the owner and their calendar. The owner has been very unprofessional both via email and on the phone with me, constantly sounds as though I am a bother to him, and I am less than impressed with the experience as a whole. I am so glad it was a GROUPON and that we did not pay full value for anything that we are getting because it would very much be overpriced. If you are a looking for a real wine making experience with knowledgeable and professional people, I recommend going elsewhere.
