Had a problem with a car starter I had installed 11mos. ago. Stopped at the shop without an appt. or warrantee just to see about getting it fixed. The guy at the service dept fixed the problem right on the spot! I was on my way in 5 min. and my car was fixed like new. He never even asked for my name or any warrantee info. Great job, IU.

Installations has fixed my 2500 and made some other changes for me. Thanks to rob we came to an agreement with the truck and some issues we had. All and all the truck is back to normal now. Thanks

Just brought my 2011 dodge ram 2500 in to have body lift put it. Go to look at the truck they have broke my fender flare dented in my box left my steering wheel in the wrong position steering shaft left to long and sloppy air filter box not screwed down and gas lines left way to long. Very unsatified. Trucks bran new and now has to have body work done. Pissed off to the maxx.

Unbeliveable customer service and price. I have been shopping around for a new TV for months and I finally went to IU and was amazed by the knowledge of the staff and the price. I saved over $200 by going here instead of Best Buy. I will never shop around for a TV every again. I know where I will go.
I recently purchased a set of tires and rims from Installations Unlimited. The team answered all my questions and showed a genuine interest in finding exactly what I wanted. The customer service was great, but the installation was exceptional! These guys are pros. I treat my sports car with kid gloves, and they did too.At the beginning of the process I was daunted with choices and questions. Matt, my sales guy, took the time to answer EVERY question with clear, informative answers. I was excited to find that not only was the installation first class, but that they also shined my new tires and polished my new rims.I highly recommend Installations Unlimited.By the way, I researched pricing online for the exact items I purchased from IU and found they were actually a bit less!If you are planning to upgrade your vehicle with an aftermarket product, Installations Unlimited is the way to go!And I'm a tough customer.P.S. I will be going back soon for additional upgrades.Scot

Went to Installations to buy a bedliner for my new truck. After getting a price and being told they could have it the next day I ordered it. It actually came in the next day and they installed.Not bad, quick. While there waiting I looked at the Tv's they had on display and I realized that there prices where better than what I had seen at Best Buy and Sears. There selection was good Samsung,Sharp,Toshiba and LG. Have it scheduled to install in my game room next week. Great service and prices. No wonder they been in business so long.

We bought a Remote starter 3 years ago and it stopped working. Called the store and Kevin the service writer invited us in to look at it. After spending 20 minutes they replaced my remotes and it know works great. The best thing is they did not charge me. I wil go back to them when I get my new car. They have been in business a long time.
