This is the second time we have used Crown Chem Dry. Everything about both experiences was exceptional. Rob arrived on time and performed with a stellar standard of professionalism in every part of his job. Our 11 year old off-white carpets look brand new and that includes removing the black ring of dust around the edges from the air circulation system and ALL the dirt worn in from the traffic pattern....truly amazing. Any request I have given Rob has been acted upon and carried out to perfection. Getting theappointmentwas simple and I called about one week in advance. The customer phone service set the standard for the whole experience....pleasant and easy. I would highly recommend them above all other carpet cleaners in Syracuse and Central NY.
