I recently hired Capital Home Improvements to repair/replace damaged roof and skylights. They did an excellent job for reasonable price. The owner (Paul) and his crew were professional and friendly. I recommend this company.

BEST VALUE FOR DOLLAR. It was obvious when we purchased we would need new roof and siding. Obvious to everybody, that is why we recieved OUTRAGEOUS and ridiculous estimates and quotes. Saw Capital H Improvments working down the street, inquired and was amazed that the owner did not try to take advantage. He gave us fair quote and never asked for more! The job is complete and we are happy with the outcome. Thank God we got that last quote! Also - the owner (humbly!) asked where/what rates we were offered. He thought he could do better for us, and then he DID! Could not believe it. (He isn't a friend or family, he owes us nothing, so...WOW) Thank you very much CHI and Paul Conklin for coming through! Honest personality, responsive, respectful crew workers...didn't even avoid the problems (that DO arise with job this big and awful)...and never asked for more money, either! I didn't like the dumpster. But hey, at least he didn't force US to buy him a new one! Thanks so much!

The results were simply magnificent and I was very pleased with the outcome. Not only was the work performed professionally, but I have found that the staff was very courteous and respectful. I also liked the fact that no matter what time I called, they were always there to answer any questions. If there is anyone that needs a reference concerning Capital Home Improvements, I am please to recommend them. Im looking forward to working with this company in the future.

I just have to say that from the estimate they gave me and the time they started were unbelievable. They gave me a day you would start and your crew was there on time and ready to go to work...the price was right, also no money down sold me on the project...the materials they used were the high quality. Time to complete the project pleased me even more. Guarantee on the workmanship and materials were excellent Would I have Capital Home Improvements work for me in the future or recommend him to other people, you bet I would in a heartbeat. Their thorough knowledge of the roofing, siding and window instillation business is probably already well known in this area but I would like to add that we are very impressed by their dedication to their work, their total professionalism, and friendliness. We have been very pleased with all the jobs Capital Home Improvements have done for us but the instillation of the light green Ceder Shake siding really transformed our home.
