I go here sometimes because it's convenient to my home and work. When they get my order right, the food tastes okay. However, 5/6 of the last times I've been there, I leave and check my bag to make sure the order was correct to find that no, it's been screwed up again. When I'm in a rush I don't go back. Just now, though, I tried to go back. There were 5 cars in the drive-thru (which I'd just been through) so I didn't want to waste gas waiting there. I parked and thought I'd go inside, but there were three people loitering near the door and I didn't feel too safe about that, either. I came home, didn't have a receipt in my bag either. I looked up the number here online to call and speak to the manager, and it's been a busy signal for 30 minutes.This is not the way to serve customers.I always say I won't go back; this time I really think I'll remember not to.
