AnCor, located in Syracuse, N.Y., is a design, general contracting and construction management firm that operates throughout the United States and Canada. Established in 1985 by Thomas and Joseph Anthony, it has licenses and registrations in most states to handle various projects, such as mall and strip center build-outs, office renovations and freestanding buildings. The firm also provides real estate services, including consulting, asset management and leasing for retail shopping center owners, tenants, and build to suit multitenant office buildings on a national level. Additionally, its services include marketing, leasing, site selection and acquisition. AnCor also assists clients in site analysis, cost analysis, expansion, and redevelopment and feasibility studies.
