Disappointing ServiceI was completely disappointed with the quality of service I received from Allcraft Home Improvement. Allcraft was unreliable, unprepared, took no responsibility for any delays, and seemed to genuinely not care about our complaints and concerns.Allcraft was incapable of completing a few small projects (hardwood floor patch 2 x3 and replacing approximately 20 of weather stripping) at my house. The work (according to the contract) which was supposed to be completed in approximately 2-3 days, in reality dragged on for almost two weeks and was never finished. Allcraft also left a large ladder laying in the driveway for over a week. I eventually moved the ladder out of the way. I informed Allcraft that I would like to be notified before they came to pick up the ladder (I have two large dogs and I wanted to avoid the possibility of the dogs becoming defensive when Allcrafts employees came to retrieve the ladder and also didnt want the dogs to escape)
