Operational since 1948, Enable provides assessment, therapy and support services for more than 2,000 children and adults with disabilities. It is a member of Associations for Persons in Supported Employment. The organization also offers clinical counseling, developmental evaluation, consulting, early intervention and environmental modification services. It conducts social training classes for youths with autism and related syndromes. In addition, the organization provides housing and community support services. It offers treatment in the areas of pediatrics, neurology, psychology and audiology. The organization s assistive technology helps individuals to use various technologies. In addition, it operates human resources and administration departments. Enable is located in Syracuse, N.Y.
