This is my experience with Able Al's. Charged me $195.75 first trip to fix a Dell Windows XP. Apparently inadvertently, he overcharged me by one hour. Computer wasn't fixed. I asked him to come back. Came back, installed Cd player and burner in exchange for overcharged hour (instead of refunding my money-his clear preference-said necessary to reinstall Windows which turns out not to be true). Apparently-they were used and he failed to install drivers (or did it wrong). Charged me $157.95 for Trip2 to correct his failure to fix the computer the 1st time. After he left the 2nd time the computer wasn't fixed.Upshot-Over $350 spent-computer not fixed.He refused to refund the money. His fix apparently included installing a "cracked" version of Windows (I've got a key). Took computer to a reputable repair shop to undo his fix. I refused his offer to reinstall Windows (yet again) if I brought the computer to his shop for obvious reasons.
