Wow is about all I can say. Ms. Ajemian is amazing. Tuning by ear is by far the best way to tune a piano to achieve the best possible sound in the environment the piano is in. And she is a master at it. Her years of experience become quickly obvious. Her prices are also VERY competitive. I will not use anyone else for tuning and repairs now that I have found her. She takes so much care and time, showing how much she loves what she does. Don't wait....call now if your piano is well past due for a tuning, as most are. She will not judge, just fix.
