I never knew you should keep your video camera battery off the camera while not in use and I would also hang my cordless phone up on the charger every day because i thought you had to. I became very knowledgeable frequenting the Battery Terminal. Bruce is a very friendly person who takes the time to explain the right way to his customers.

I recommend the Battery Terminal to everyone I come in contact with. They have batteries and accessories for almost anything. If they don't have something you are looking for, they most likely can get it for you within a reasonable amount of time. I go there quite often. The people are nice, the service is wonderful and you can't beat the prices. C&B

I am on my 2nd return with this tiny comany. I bought a battery charger from them. It uses Ni-Mh batteries (the size of AA batteries). Well here is the summary: First unit didnt work at all. Luckily, the Battery terminal replaced it with another. Bad news: the charged batteries only last 10 mins!!I checked with the manufacture (Empire)of the charger, I checked with the maker of the appliance..and bottom line: noone wants to be of any service at all in recifying this situation. And Battery terminal is not extending itself ESPECIALLY.I have done my homework. I am not a stupid person. I have a good technical background. I have to conclude that "The battery terminal", is INTENTIONALLY being evasive. They simply dont want to make good.Be wary. This has cost me time and money..dont let it happen to you.
