I recommend this company highly. Communication with Stacey was great! They showed up during the time frame they said. Called to let me know on their way. They were honest and very helpful, above and beyond. They only charged their estimate. They identified a simple problem that the previous Septic guys didnt clean only 2 years ago. Really glad we found them. They were recommended by 2 other install companies.

One of their pump vehicles was parked on a yellow curb, where there are signs that say "No Parking Any Time." The road, next to a popular restaurant in Albany, was reduced to one lane because of the size of the vehicle and the way it was parked. When I called the number on the side of the truck, the gentleman who answered was not concerned that his driver had parked illegally, that it was inconvenient for him to park legally, and told me that unless I were a law-enforcement official, he didn't care what I said. If a company is willing to break one law because it's not convenient, how many others is the company willing to break in the name of convenience?
