      Been a customer for 14 years with a number of stylist's as they come and go. Always been early for appointments and had to wait numerous times for them to finish prior appointments but it came to an end today. I was 5 minutes late and was told I was to late , it's not going to happen today, come back tomorrow. A shame that they are busy enough they don't need me as a customer anymore.
