For simple email and casual web browsing with no simultaneous users, our Intro service may be just what you need. If you're using the Internet to transfer pictures and music, or you have multiple users in your home, our Residential service is usually a good option. For serious gamers and movie downloaders, you'll want to upgrade to Online Max to optimize your online experience.

I have been calling customer service for over a week since Jeopardy and Wheel were taken off Skybest. I have complained without success for ten years since WFMY, Channel 2 was taken away but my two favorite shows were offered on another station. One supervisor offered me a rebate or price cut but I called to complain about programming not prices. So far, all the nice people who will talk to me can't do anything to help solve the problem. None of the people who could solve the problem will talk to me or call back. We have been members of Skyline since about the time that I went to Vietnam and listened to Pat Sajak as a young Army DJ on AFVN. I want to see him on TV now and I don't want to have to switch to Direct TV to do so. If I do have to switch I will contact all the newspapers in the Skyline Skybest service area and take more members with me. My wife tells me "Just switch to Direct TV like my brother did." I don't want to switch. All I want is Pat, Vanna and Alex back on Skybest.

Highly recommended, especially over frontier. Morris broadband doesn't put you in any contracts, and they tell you how much your bill is, not how much it is before surcharges, etc. When they told me 30 dollars a month for internet, I paid 30 dollars a month for Internet. After calling recently to figure out why my speeds have been varying they realized it's because there are so many people using their service and they put an order through to install another node. I could not be happier, they always take my (very few) complains seriously, and work very hard to ensure that I get what I'm paying for. Customer Service is amazingly friendly! I love Morris Broadband!!
