      A1 mini storage in Sylva NC asked me to repair their automatic gate. I ordered the needed new battery, installed it, and the gate worked fine. Now the owner says he's not responsible for paying for the new battery, even though I can show my full reciept for purchasing this part on his behalf, with his consent, and in good faith. To top it off, this guy is a magistrate for Jackson County. He just went wild on the phone when I presented his $46 dollar part and offered to fax him a copy of the bill I have for his part. I guess it's better for me to suck up the $46 and let him feel like he got something from me so that he will not come back and be a problem.
