I heard good things about this dentist and was already thinking of switching my old dentist to another one. since i heard nothing but good things about these people, i scheduled an appointment. When i walked in, the front woman named cynthia i think, was very sweet and kind, as well as Dr. Rong. I am DEFINITELY switching to this dentist. The whole staff acts like a family and treated me with respect.

these are top notch people,equipment is all quite new.I had a root canal and crown done by a very good Dentist,Dr Valafar, and it was quite pain free. That really surprized me.They explain thoroughly,ALL of your options, consquences of each choice and cost of each one up front.They do Not push you toward any choice. Honest poeple. I had not been to a dentist for many,many years. I am very glad I went to these folks with my first problem in all that time.You will not find a more professional group than these folks.They take you in quickly as well has been my experience. No waiting 20 minutes past your appointment time or some such.

I've taken my family to Sylmar Family Dental for about 20 years now. I've changed insurances a few times, but I always find a way to stay with them. I'm always happy with their knowledge, quality and friendly atmosphere. I trust them 100%. Thanks guys!!!!
