Formed in 1974, Sprague Magnetics Inc. offers support services for the computer industry and professional audio, film and video industries, as well as the aerospace and consumer electronics industries. Based in Sylmar, Calif., it provides an array of services, such as data storage services, pro audio/media support, video tape recorder (VTR) and camcorder repair and engineering services. The company is the sole source for end of life support on Ampex professional recorders, Quantum DLT4000 drives, overland storage LXB loaders, and various models of ATL libraries.
