Please beware.... Doctor does not take all insurance types and does not clearly explain this to his patients so they can understand. Very very disappointed with his lack of communication. A family member was not treated in an appropriate manner.

Our first visit with Waid Blackstone was in his Chelsea office. He is a young, knowledgeable Dr. He explained in great detail the out come of the test results and the procedure with it risks in great detail. He was not in a hurry, he took a great deal of time talking with us and was very conscience of our situtation and helpful. My husband will be having surgery next week and I will review after he is over this procedure as to our post care. He gets five stars from us at this point! The surgery went very well. We visited the Dr. today and he said his eye looked very, very good. My husband has set another surgical date for the end of the month for his right eye. We believe this next surgery will go as well as the first. The hospital and staff were excellent as well. We hope this helps if you are having any problems and need a good Dr.
