      I have been at Shaddock MMA for a while now, which is a testament in itself. I would never stay at the other gyms and martial arts centers very long for one reason or the other, but Shaddock MMA had exactly what I was looking for. Owner/Instructor John Shaddock is great with working with all ages and fitness levels. I wish I would have found this place sooner.

      My kids love Shaddock MMA and I love that he has daytime hours for homeschoolers!! The cost is right too, with family discounts!
