The organization has service locations throughout Carroll and Baltimore counties in Maryland. It operates homeless outreach, psychiatric rehabilitation and supportive housing programs. The organization is a nonprofit organization that accepts donations from individuals and institutions. Prologue also administers various supported employment, substance abuse prevention and vocational training programs. The organization offers home care, peer counseling, and crisis and case management services. It provides opportunities for a variety of social activities. In addition, the organization operates several education and day programs. Prologue administers the Prologue Foundation, First Journey and Rivendell Homes.
