We provide "special" Direct Mail Fund Raising services for non-profit organizations. OCS helps with the campaign type selection and goal development. We assist with the design of the solicitation piece, complete maintenance, verification & updating of the respective mailing list, and entry of all donor return information. All printing and mail preparation functions are handled for the client. Detailed records are maintained on all contributions, along with special trend & target analysis statistics.
