0I made several calls for a plumber after I was stood up by Healy Plumbing with NO explanation. This plumber was 1 of only 2 that returned my call. However the other plumber happened to be in my area and came with in 2 hrs, so I did not need this plumber's help but is was refreshing to have someone actually respond promptly.
Decision to call Krasavage Plumbing was a no brainer.
They installed a ductless air/heat system in Spring of 2016 in my living room. We were comfortable all year round and very satisfied. My husband has recently had shoulder problems and lifting a window air unit was very difficult and painful. We called Krasavage's and within a short period of time we now have a ductless air'heat unit in our bedroom. Can't say enough great things about Matt and Emil, our installers. They were professional and always courteous and never left a mess for me to clean up. I recommend them highly ! Thanks again !
would have recommended this company several years ago, when this company was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. can't say that now. don't know what's happened, but in my case,. calls to their answering machine usually went unanswered until several messages were left. I was on "the list", or they were hunting, or doing only emergencies that day. I am very patient, and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when twice I was told they would come to look at the problem and never showed up. I am very disappointed, and have found another contractor.
Very nice and respectful. Knowledgeable and helpful. They came to fix a few leaky faucets in my home and I couldn't have had nicer men here. Would recommend them to anyone. Pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to get out and look at the problem. Wouldn't have called if it weren't for the previous review which is why I am writing mine and am in total agreement.
In December of 2007, my boiler failed and left me with no heat. It was very cold with temperatures falling by the hour. After contacting the local gas company to inspect the boiler, they disconnected the gas as the boiler had failed beyond repair. I immediately contacted Carl Krasavage and Sons and they came out the next morning to see what they could do. Although it could not be permanently fixed, Carl put a temporary fix in place until my new boiler could be ordered. I advised Carl that I would be traveling out of town within the next week and that I would need the boiler replaced quickly. Although this was the busy season for furnace repairs/replacements, Carl and his family fit me in to their schedule and replaced the boiler within days.
It is very rare that you find the type of quality service that existed years ago, but Carl and his family keep the 'family values' service alive. I would recommend his services to anyone in need.
