They need to be reported to the BBB and that is what we are going to do. They gave no copy of the contract nor did they do right by the defendent that entrusted them to to keep them informed of what was going on. They also do not return calls in a timely fashion and then are very rude when you question why and act like you are totally dumb as to what the law is concerning bails.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! THEIR BAIL BONDING BUSINESS IS NOT REGULATED BY TEXAS STATE LAWS AND THEY USE THAT TO THEIR ADVANTAGE ANY WAY THEY WANT, INCLUDING AGAINST YOU. ALSO, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A COPY OF YOUR CONTRACT. IT IS THEIR COMPANY POLICY. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, CALL AND ASK THEM.
